What Is Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in optical components
  • Structural defects in frames and barrels
  • Assembly defects affecting performance or alignment
  • Material defects under normal professional use

If a defect arises due to manufacturing or material failure, Klaroptix will repair or replace the product at no cost.

This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the product.


What Is Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Impact damage (drops, falls, crushing)
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by the user

If a defect or malfunction is determined to be the result of damage caused by the doctor or external impact, the repair will fall outside the scope of the Lifetime Warranty.

However, we do not leave our professionals unsupported.
